This duplex is a beautiful example of pure simplicity – the walls and ceilings were kept white (only a few decorative elements have been added), the furniture’s design is straight, yet in modern shapes, we used a few neutral colors and even fewer accents to “break through the monotony”. The planning is a balanced combination of natural and modern materials, with natural light that flows through the curtains and scatters the feeling of a crowded space.
We opted for natural-like materials such as wood and combined it with stylish finishes such as glossy MDF, gold-plated architectural mouldings, velvet fabrics and abstract-colored, yet warm-colored carpets. The lighting fixtures and some decorative elements have an Art Deco design that harmoniously combines with the industrial staircase’s look (staircase structure, railing panel and even wall decoration).
