The Nuova Plate restaurant is a perfect balance between creativity and functionality, reflecting our unique vision in interior design. With an area of ​​170 m2, this space represents a bold fusion of design and authentic Italian gastronomy. Inspired by a Contemporary-Fusion furnishing style, we skillfully use wood, decorative polyurethane panels, brick, ceramic and metal, creating an unmistakable atmosphere. With a vibrant color palette, from natural wood tones to pops of yellow and lilac, we attract visitors of all generations. We accepted the challenge to also align with the “Instagrammable Space” trend, thus adapting to the demands of Generation Z, without neglecting the timeless charm of Italian cuisine.
